On February 5th, 2009 we received our 501c3 tax exempt approval by the IRS. Any donations are now fully tax deductible. Just a few days after we received our notification of being tax exempt we were notified of an existing Children's Home that is in the process of shutting down due to insufficient funds. We were notified by some friends who have assisted this home that if this home shuts down the fate of the children is unknown. After hearing this we made some phone calls and contacted the organization who is funding this Home until its final day on May 1st, 2009. We made some more calls and have now been given the opportunity to take over this Children's Home and keep it operating if we are able to raise monthly funding by April 15th.

We need donations and monthly sponsors to be able to keep this children's home operational. There are currently nine children in the Home with seven more on the waiting list and many more who need a home.

God has really opened doors for us to be able to take over this Children's home and continue this much needed ministry to "the least of these."
